Editing your own site, properly explained

Every action, gesture and tool for changing your site from the page itself: the corner button and the right-click menu, asking for a whole new section, sticky notes and their arrows and attachments, and what happens after you press send. This is the page the little yellow note on your own site links to.

More guides land here as we write them. If you got stuck on something and had to work it out yourself, tell us: that is exactly the page that should exist next, and we would rather hear it from you than guess.

How anything gets changed

Ask, in whatever way suits you: email your site's own address, chat from your dashboard, or point at the thing on the page. Your Manager makes the change on a private copy and sends you a preview of the real page. Nothing is live until you approve it, every publish is versioned, and anything can be put back exactly as it was.
