agents · the monthly

What it costs to run

The workplace is where your websites live and are looked after: hosting, SSL, monitoring, backups, and every enquiry tracked in your own dashboard. It is $29 a month, once, and it covers up to three sites ($10 a month for each site beyond that). Agents are then hired per site. From there you hire AI agents by the job, one at a time, and add or drop any of them month to month.

Prices are per month, plus GST. Pay annually and get two months free. Every agent is software, not a Jezweb person, and each one has a real job description below. Need the site built first? That is the one-off.

the base · no one hired yet

The Workplace · $29 /month +GST

Your site live and looked after: hosting, SSL, daily-life monitoring, backups, and every enquiry delivered to you and kept on the record. This is the whole website, working. What it does not include is anyone to change it for you, so there is no sign-in and no editing on the page.

Plenty of businesses want exactly this, especially coming off WordPress with no intention of ever editing anything. When you want something changed you ask us and it is quoted at $200 an hour plus GST before it starts. Hire Manager AI whenever you would rather just say it and have it done.

the agents

Then hire who you need

One line each: you ask, it's done · it researches and writes · it answers your visitors. Prices are on top of the $29 workplace, so the Manager on a site of your own is $59 a month all up. A fourth role, the Caretaker, is in build and listed below with its price and its honest status.

most start here · you ask, it's done Manager AI

+$30 /month +GST · $59 with the workplace

Manager AI runs your website and makes your changes.

  • Copy, photos, prices, hours, sections and new pages, by asking in plain English
  • A preview in minutes; live minutes after you approve it
  • Ask by email, from your dashboard, or right on the page itself
  • It knows your business and your site, so you are never re-explaining yourself

Fair use, honestly: day-to-day changes are simply included. Anything genuinely big is quoted before it starts.

Hire Manager AI
in build · not open for hire yet Caretaker AI

+$40 /month +GST · $99 with the Manager, when it opens

Caretaker AI is the role we are building next: the one that notices things without being asked.

The intent is a site that keeps itself current, so that finished jobs, changed hours, new reviews and out-of-season pages come to you ready to approve instead of waiting for you to notice them.

Being straight about where this one is: it is not built, so you cannot hire it today and we are not taking money for it. The price is here because we would rather publish it early than surprise you with it later. If it is the role you actually want, tell us, because that is what decides which parts get built first.

Tell us you want this one
the whole team · it researches and writes Growth AI

+$300 /month +GST · $399 for the full set

The Writer, the Optimiser, the Researcher and the Custodian, working on your growth.

  • A researched article most weeks: drafted, previewed, published only when you approve it
  • Research agents reading your patch: competitors, suppliers, the season, what customers keep asking
  • New pages, calculators and interactive features proposed where they would win you enquiries
  • Search housekeeping, plus a plain monthly report of what got done and what moved

It sells you published content and done work, never rankings.

Hire Growth AI
works with any hire · it answers your visitors Chat AI

+$29 /month +GST · add it to any hire, including the workplace on its own

Chat AI answers the people on your site, around the clock, so a question at 9pm does not become a lost job.

  • Answers from your site's own published facts only: it never invents and never quotes a price you have not published
  • Hands over to you the moment it is unsure, rather than guessing
  • Every conversation lands in your dashboard beside your other enquiries
  • 100 conversations a month included, extras are $20 per 100, and nothing ever cuts off mid-sentence

In practice no client has come near that allowance yet, so nothing is metered against you and no conversation has ever been refused. If that changes we will talk to you about it before it ever appears on a bill. It is a separate hire by design: switching it on is your call, not ours.

Hire Chat AI

Which ones? Most businesses start with the workplace and Manager AI, and that combination is what nearly every client we run is on. Add Growth AI when the website is meant to go and get the work. The Writer, the Optimiser and the Researcher all sit inside the Growth hire, and every agent works behind the same approval gate. Coming from WordPress? The honest comparison.

people · optional

Or have us run it for you

Everything above assumes you are the one asking. Plenty of people would rather not be, and that is not a failing. It is a Tuesday with a business to run.

  • Team Lead$1,000One of our people running your agents, one to two hours a week: deciding what gets written, reviewing it before it reaches you, and knowing your business well enough to spot what you have not asked for yet.

You still approve everything. A Team Lead changes who does the asking, never who decides. Per month, plus GST, on top of whichever agents you hire.

modules · optional

Modules

Bigger pieces that not every site needs. $390 +GST to set one up, whichever it is, so you get a number without a scoping call. All of them, with how far along each one honestly is.

  • Live reviews$390Your reviews on your own pages, refreshed on their own, shown word for word with the rating the platform itself reports. Google today; we confirm any other platform before you buy.
  • Bookings$390A live availability calendar with request-and-confirm, where double bookings are impossible by design. Built once so far, for one business.
  • Rezdy connector$390 +$19/moYour live tours and availability on your own pages, and an assistant that can actually answer “have you got space on Saturday?”. Needs Rezdy’s API access, which is their Expansion plan.
  • Online store$390 + buildCatalogue, cart and Stripe checkout. Early: it runs on a sandbox of ours in test mode and no business is selling through it yet, so the build gets scoped with you.
  • Membership club$390 + buildTiered recurring memberships with member pricing across your store. Same early stage as the store, and usually built alongside it.

The $390 wires the module to your site. Where a module needs real design and build work around it, that is scoped and quoted with you first. And if you need us setting up the third-party account itself, your Stripe or your Rezdy, that is your vendor and we quote it separately, always before anything starts. Sticky notes on your own pages are not a module at all: they come with Manager AI.

included · no charge

Connecting your site to what you already use

We charge for what costs us every time it runs: an AI conversation, a phone minute. Plumbing is not that, so plumbing is included. If you had your forms wired into a CRM on your old WordPress site, you were not paying extra for it there and you will not be paying extra for it here.

  • Your CRMincludedEnquiries pushed into Capsule, HubSpot, Pipedrive and the like as they arrive, matched to the person rather than piling up duplicates.
  • Your mailing listincludedMailchimp, Brevo and friends, so a newsletter signup on the site lands where you send from.
  • Enquiry routingincludedDifferent forms to different people: careers to whoever hires, product questions to sales, everything else to you. Anyone on the list can take themselves off it.
  • Anything with a webhookincludedIf it accepts a webhook we can send to it. If it does not, tell us what you use and we will look.

A connector that needs genuine custom work gets quoted first, and that is rare. Setting up one you already have an account for is just part of looking after the site.

a human, whenever you want one

Human oversight

Want Jezweb staff working with the agents on something: a tricky brief, a campaign, a second pair of human eyes? $200 an hour plus GST, always quoted before anything starts, never a surprise on the bill. Most clients never need it. It exists so there is always a human path.

1Talking is always free. Chat and email with your team as much as you like, and going back and forth on a preview costs nothing: "make it bigger... no, the other photo" is how the loop is meant to work. No meter, no clock.

2Fair use, in plain words. Day-to-day changes are simply part of having the Manager, however many you need. Something genuinely big (new software, a full redesign, a shop) is quoted before work starts, so the boundary is a conversation, never a surprise.

3Nothing publishes without your yes. Every change arrives as a preview of the real page; never approve it and it simply expires. And every publish is versioned: ask your Manager to put any page back exactly how it was.

4The discounts. Community organisations, clubs and not-for-profits: 25% off, ongoing. Pay annually: two months free. Running more than one site? One workplace fee covers all of them; each site hires its own agents. How multi-site pricing works.

roles we're auditioning

Who might join the team next

We build in the open, and these are the roles we're exploring with real clients before we put a price on any of them. No promises, nothing carries a price yet. Tell us which you'd actually hire and you help decide what gets built first.

Correspondent

A newsletter your customers actually read. It would keep your mailing list tidy, draft the month's news from what has already happened on your site and socials, and send only after you approve it. The same approval gate, pointed at inboxes.

Reviews minder

After a job, it would ask your customer for a review and draft your replies to new ones for your approval. Reviews are won in the asking, and the asking is the part that keeps not happening. To be clear this is the getting of reviews, which is not built; showing the reviews you already have is a real module you can add today.
