What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive what you typed: your name, your email address, your current website if you chose to share it, and your message. Serving any website also produces routine technical logs (things like page requests and error reports) that keep the site healthy.
How we use it
- To reply to you and answer what you asked.
- Enquiries are stored securely in our lead-handling system so nothing gets lost in an inbox.
- The site may use basic analytics to count visits and understand which pages help. No advertising cookies.
What never happens
- We never sell your details.
- We never add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
- We never share your enquiry outside the team that answers it.
