The upgrade, in plain words
If Jeremy has emailed you about moving your website to FleetPages, this page is the whole arrangement: what changes, what it costs, and what happens if you say yes. It's short on purpose. If anything here isn't clear, reply to his email and ask.
What it costs: exactly what you pay now
Your current hosting price carries over unchanged, and it now includes the AI manager: edits by email or chat, previews, and publishing once you approve. Nothing new is added to your bill because of this move, and no future charge ever appears without you agreeing to it first. For comparison, our standard plans start from $29/month; whatever you're paying today simply continues, with more included in it than before.
What actually changes
Your site moves off WordPress onto a platform we built on Cloudflare's network, so it loads noticeably faster. We'll send you Google's own before-and-after speed scores for your actual pages. Same domain, same content, same look. Your enquiry forms keep working and gain proper spam protection. And your site gets its own AI manager you can email in plain English. The two-minute walk-through on the home page and the examples library are both worth a look.
How saying yes works
Reply "go ahead" to Jeremy's email. That's it: that reply is the agreement, and this page is what it agrees to. We build a copy of your site on the new platform and send you the link. Nothing about your live site changes until you've looked at the copy and told us to switch. If you look at it and change your mind, we delete the copy and everything stays as it was.
What could cost extra, later
Only things you ask for that are genuinely new: a redesign, or an add-on module like bookings. Anything like that is quoted to you before it's started, never billed after the fact. The everyday things (changes by email, new posts through the manager, hosting, backups, monitoring) live inside the price you already pay.
Your safety net
We take and keep a complete backup of your current WordPress site before anything moves. The new site is built as portable files, so if you ever leave us, it goes with you. And our honesty rules bind the AI manager on your site the same as everywhere else: it cannot invent reviews, prices or claims, and nothing publishes without your approval.
If you'd rather not
Also completely fine. Your WordPress site keeps being hosted exactly as it is today. This is an offer, not a migration notice.
