Twelve changes before lunch.
Jodi Cassaniti, who runs Jodi Voice & Piano Studio, sat down with her website one Monday morning. Between 10:52am and 11:50am she asked for twelve changes in plain English and approved every one from a preview of the real page. The hero wording, her About page, the exam boards, the enquiry block. That evening she wrote: "I love the website now."
her whole record with us: 16 changes asked, 16 published, across two sittings
Second thoughts, timed
from the record · 24 Aug-
10:52am
First ask of the morning. One new bullet on two tick lists.
published 10:54am -
11:11am
A site-wide change of mind. Everywhere the site said "AMEB and Trinity", she wanted "Trinity and AMEB". Five pages, one pass.
published 11:14am -
11:22am
She changes her mind again. Same line, "and" becomes "or", site-wide again. Second thoughts cost her two minutes, not a ticket.
published 11:24am -
5:31pm
"I love the website now." Her message that evening, word for word. The rest of it asked how soon the site could go live.
Nothing goes live without your yes.
Every change comes back as a preview of the real page, on phone, tablet and desktop. One click publishes, live in minutes. Every version is kept and any of them can come back the same way.
It notices what you didn't ask about.
After every publish the team reads the whole site. When two pages disagree, or three pages carry the mistake you corrected on one, they come back to you as previews before a customer finds them.
A removalist's afternoon, told in full.
Two websites, thirteen changes approved between 2:16pm and 4:41pm. He corrected one line about packing prices; the team carried the same correction to two more pages he hadn't mentioned, each as a preview for his yes. Timed from the record, minute by minute.
