Hiring, fair use and approvals
What does the team cost?
A $29 workplace, then you hire AI agents onto it by the job, all plus GST. The workplace is your site hosted and looked after: hosting, SSL, monitoring, backups and every enquiry tracked, and one workplace fee covers up to three sites (each site beyond three adds $10 a month). Manager AI is +$30 (so $59 all up) and makes your changes just by being asked. Growth AI is +$300 (so $399 for the lot): the Writer, Optimiser, Researcher and Custodian researching and writing for you. Caretaker AI is listed at +$40 (so $99 with the Manager) but is still in build and cannot be hired yet; we publish its price early rather than spring it on you later. Add or drop any agent month to month. Wiring your enquiries into a CRM or mailing list you already have an account for is part of looking after the site rather than an extra line on the bill; a connector that needs genuine custom work against your particular system is scoped and quoted first, and that is rare.
Is there a limit on changes? What does fair use mean?
The Manager's job is running your site, and day-to-day changes are simply part of that, however many you need. There is a natural limit to how much a business updates its own website, and we price for the real world rather than metering it. The honest boundary: something genuinely big, like new software, a shop or a full redesign, gets quoted before work starts. You will always know which side of that line a request is on before anything happens.
What if I ask for something huge?
You get a quote, up front, before any work starts. Never a surprise on the invoice. And if what you need is really a project (a rebrand, a booking system, e-commerce), we will say so plainly and introduce the right people at Jezweb.
What if I never approve it?
Nothing publishes. The request just expires. The preview link is there when you get to it, or not.
How fast is it?
Minutes for the preview, and minutes to publish once you approve. Minutes, not meetings. The loop does not wait on anyone's calendar, so it works at 7am before you open and at 11pm when you finally remember the thing.
Can I just email a spreadsheet, a PDF or a Word document?
Yes, and that is often the easiest way to hand over a change. Email your new price list as a spreadsheet (xlsx, xls or csv), your menu as a PDF, your services as a Word document (docx), or plain photos (png, jpg, webp, gif), up to 10 MB per file. The Manager reads the contents and uses them for the change, the same as if you had typed it all out. Plain text and markdown work too.
Can I change things on the page myself?
Yes. Signed in on your own site, you can point at almost anything and act on it: retype a line of text where it sits, remove something, duplicate it, move it, swap a photo, ask for a whole new section, or stick a note on the exact spot and describe what you want in your own words. You can draw on it too. If typing on a small screen is the annoying part, hold the microphone and say it instead; what you said is typed back into the note for you to check before it goes. It all gathers into one list and goes with a single send.
It works on a phone as well as a computer: tapping is pointing, so the same menus open under your thumb. The one thing worth knowing before you picture it is that nothing you do on the page changes the page. Every gesture is a request that comes back as a preview you approve, which is the whole safety model. The full editing guide.
Can I have a chat assistant on my site?
Yes, $29 a month plus GST per site, and it works alongside any other hire or on the workplace on its own. It answers your visitors from your site's own published facts and nothing else: it will not invent an answer, and it will not quote a price you have not published. When a question is beyond what your site says, it hands the person to you with their details rather than guessing. Every conversation lands in your dashboard beside your other enquiries. A hundred conversations a month are included, extras are $20 per 100, and nothing cuts off mid-sentence. How the chat assistant works.
Who can request changes?
Only the email addresses you register with us. A request from any other address gets no action at all. Changing the registered list is confirmed with us directly, never by email alone, so nobody can talk their way in.
Can I get a human?
Always. The agents are AI and we say so plainly, a real person reads the important moments, and if you want Jezweb staff working with the agents on something, human oversight is $200 an hour plus GST, quoted before it starts.
Safety and ownership
Can it break my site?
Every change is made on a private copy and goes live only after you approve the preview. Every fresh preview is also screenshotted at seven screen widths, from a small phone to a wide desktop, and checked for mechanical breakage, with anything it finds going to your Manager. Being precise about that, because it is easy to oversell: it runs alongside the preview rather than standing in front of it, so it is not a gate that can stop a change reaching you. It catches mechanical breakage like text overflowing or a layout collapsing on a phone. It is not a judgement about whether the change looks good, and it does not re-test your links, forms or colour contrast, which are checked when the site is built rather than on each edit.
The real safety net is the gate, not the robot. Every publish is versioned, so anything can be rolled back to exactly how it was: ask your Manager to restore an earlier version, and the rollback goes through the same preview-and-approve gate as everything else.
And there is no admin panel, which means there is also no admin panel to break things through, to leave logged in, or to keep patching.
Do I own my site?
Yes. Your domain and your content are always yours, and the website itself is portable static files: if you ever leave, a full export goes with you and runs anywhere. The team is the part that stays behind: the Manager, the agents, the dashboard and the AI chat are the fleetpages service, not files we can hand over. Your site keeps working without them; it just stops having staff.
What is it built with?
Your site is served from Cloudflare's global edge, the same network behind some of the internet's biggest sites. It is fast everywhere your customers are, and there are no servers of yours to maintain.
Why not just use WordPress?
For plenty of businesses WordPress is the right call, and Jezweb builds excellent WordPress sites every week. The honest difference: WordPress gives you an admin panel and makes the upkeep your job; fleetpages gives you staff and makes the upkeep our job. The full comparison, including where WordPress genuinely wins.
Moving an existing site
Will my email keep working?
Yes. Your email runs on its own DNS records, and the move never touches them. We snapshot every record before anything changes, and at changeover only the website part of your domain repoints. Mail flows through the whole thing without noticing.
What happens to my old links and Google rankings?
This is the question everyone asks, and it deserves a mechanical answer, not a reassuring one. Every page that earns you traffic is kept at its address or redirected to its new home, and before anything switches, automated checks test every old address against the new site. Links people gave you years ago keep landing somewhere real. A move is when rankings usually get lost, so we engineered the move around not losing them.
Do you use AI images?
Only with your explicit approval, and we track it per image: every photo on your site is tagged as real, edited or generated, and nothing synthetic ships without your sign-off. We prefer your real photos and we will ask for them. Being able to say "every photo on this site is genuinely ours" is worth more than a prettier stock shot. Our honesty rules, in full.
Builds and Vibe Hosting
Can you build my site too?
Yes, priced by size. Launch is $990 +GST introductory (around eight pages, from scratch or a revamp), Signature is $1,990 (fifteen to twenty pages with service sub-pages, locations and a portfolio), Flagship is $2,990 (adds a signature interactive feature, project case studies and full migration of a ranked site), Estate builds (the full service-by-location matrix, typically 50 to 100 pages) start at $4,990 scoped per site, and Studio starts at $5,000: the white-glove tier, with a discovery session with Jeremy, two or three genuinely different design directions developed and presented, and copy written from interviews with you. First previews arrive in days, not months. Fully bespoke work is Jezweb itself; fleetpages is the ongoing care once your site exists. Details on the pricing page.
What if I want more design options, or another round of changes?
Both are priced rather than argued about. Every build includes one fully-developed design direction; an extra direction is $500 +GST at any tier. Each tier includes its own number of pre-launch revision rounds, and a round beyond those is $250 +GST. Design ambition is priced in attempts, not adjectives, so you can decide how much exploring you want to pay for instead of negotiating over the word "premium".
What does a second site cost?
Less, because your setup and design only happen once. After your first build, another website at Launch or Signature scale is a flat $1,000 +GST designed and built, and Flagship scale is $2,000 +GST. Estate stays scoped per site. On the monthly side, one $29 workplace covers up to three sites and each site beyond that adds $10; what really scales is the agents, because each site hires its own.
I already have a finished site. Can you just load it in?
Usually yes, and free, whatever the page count. If you have a finished site as HTML, whether you built it, your designer did, or you had it vibed with AI, we pull it onto the platform at no charge, wire the forms up so they actually go somewhere, and check every page on staging before you approve it. Size genuinely is not the thing that costs: the largest import we have run was over five hundred pages and it was free like any other. Your design work is yours.
Where it stops being free, and we tell you before anything starts: complex web applications and heavy page-builder exports are quoted as builds instead. Separately, if the site you are bringing already earns you Google traffic, the careful part is the switchover rather than the import, so we walk the old addresses and redirects with you before anything points at the new site. How importing works.
I built an app on Lovable. Will you host it?
Yes, that's Vibe Hosting, a Jezweb service with its own home: your Lovable, v0, Bolt or Replit build, live on your own domain with Cloudflare hosting, SEO setup and analytics, quoted per job. Lovable stays your editor.
