module · first build running

Take bookings without the double-booking dread

A live availability calendar on your site, with a request-and-confirm flow your team controls. Two people can never grab the same slot, a day you block out shows as unavailable within a minute, and every booking is recorded in your dashboard. It runs in your site's own database, not a rented calendar app.

what you get

Availability you can trust

Real availability, live

Visitors see what is genuinely open, not a form that emails you and hopes. Block out a day or an afternoon and the site reflects it within a minute, so nobody requests a slot that is already gone.

Request, then you confirm

A request comes in and your team confirms or declines it, by a reply to the email or a tap in the dashboard. The customer gets a clear confirmation, and nothing is booked over your head.

Double bookings are impossible

Two people hitting the same slot at the same second cannot both win it. The one who is a moment later is told it just went, cleanly, instead of you finding out at the counter.

Recorded where you can find it

Every booking lands in your dashboard beside your enquiries, with who, what and when, so a request is never a thing you half-remember agreeing to in an email.

how it runs day to day

Manage it from your inbox

Most days you do not open anything. A request arrives, you reply to confirm, done. When you need to change what can be booked, you ask your site Manager: "block out the last week of January", "add Saturday mornings", "the small room seats eight now, not six". It is handled the same day.

The bigger changes to how bookings work go through the same preview and approve gate as everything else, so you always see a change before it is live.

Your booking data stays in your site's own database. Export it any day, and if you ever leave, it goes with you.

what we leave out, and why

And what it is not

Knowing the edges up front is the point. Here is what this module deliberately does not do.

No payment at the moment of booking

Taking a deposit or full payment as someone books arrives with the store module, wired in when you want it. Plenty of businesses confirm first and invoice after, so we do not force a checkout in front of every booking.

Not a channel manager

Where a system like Rezdy already runs your bookings across the big travel sites, we integrate with it rather than compete. Two calendars fighting over the same room is how double bookings sneak back in, so we connect to the one you already trust.

honestly
first build running

Built, and live for its first business

Bookings is real, not a mock-up: the first build is finished and running on the new site of the business it was built for, handling availability and confirmations, while that business finishes moving off its old platform. That is one business, and we would rather say so than imply a queue of them. It is offered as an add-on module and fitted to how your business actually books, whether that is rooms, tastings, functions or site visits.

Setting it up on your site is $390 plus GST. What we shape around your particular way of booking gets scoped with you first, in writing, so you see the whole number before anything starts.

Tell us what you need people to book

Rooms, appointments, tastings, a limited number of anything. Describe how it works today and we will show you how it would work on your site, with a quote up front.
