Your Rezdy bookings, on your own site

If your tours, events or experiences already run on Rezdy, this shows them as proper pages on your own site: your photos, your words, your brand, with the live booking calendar right there. Visitors stay with you until the moment they check out, instead of bouncing to a generic booking screen. And your prices keep themselves honest against the live system. We connect to the Rezdy you already run, we do not replace it.

what you get

Your products, your site, your brand

Branded pages, not a catalogue screen

Each tour or event becomes a real page on your site: the story, the menu or itinerary, the photography, in your own look. Not the plain Rezdy catalogue with someone else's chrome and a "$0.00" placeholder halfway down.

Booked on the page

The live availability calendar and secure checkout sit inside your page. A visitor picks the date, the tier and the number of people without ever leaving, and only crosses into the payment step at the very end.

Prices that keep themselves true

Once a week your site checks every event against the live booking system. If a price or a ticket type has changed, it prepares the correction and brings it to you to approve. Your pages can't quietly drift out of date.

One booking system, not two

Rezdy stays your single source of truth for availability, tickets and payment. Your site is the shopfront that reads from it. Nothing to reconcile, no second calendar to fight with.

how it stays honest

The weekly true-up

Event prices move. A ticket sells out. A new tier appears. Left alone, a website slowly starts lying about its own prices, and nobody notices until a customer does.

So every week your site reads the live booking calendar for each event and compares it to what your pages say. If anything has changed, your site Manager prepares one tidy edit and parks it for your approval, the same preview-and-approve gate as every other change. You say yes, it's fixed. The live booking system is always the truth.

The booking calendar on the page is live too, so a visitor always sees genuine availability and the current price, even in the days before you approve a correction.

the weekly check

your Manager → you awaiting you

The weekly Rezdy check found one change: the masterclass is $195 in the booking system, your page still says $175. I've prepared the fix. Approve?

what we leave out, and why

And what it is not

Knowing the edges up front is the point. Here is what this module deliberately does not do.

Not a replacement for Rezdy

Your availability, your tickets and the payment all stay in Rezdy, exactly as they run today. We are the branded shopfront in front of it, not a second booking system trying to own the same calendar.

No new place to manage bookings

You keep managing sessions, capacity and payouts in Rezdy, the tool your team already knows. This module reads from it and keeps your website in step, so there is nothing new to learn.

honestly
built, not yet in front of customers

Built and running, but nobody has booked through it

The honest state of this one. It is built, and it runs against a real Rezdy account: a Hunter Valley wine tour operator's seven real tours, pulled from their live Rezdy and shown as branded pages, with the weekly price true-up checking their real calendar. What it has not done is take a booking from a member of the public, because the site it runs on has not gone live yet. Their old site is still the one their customers see.

So: proven against real data, not proven in front of real customers. Those are different things and we would rather draw the line ourselves than let you find it later. It is offered as an add-on, fitted to your products, your pages and your look.

Setting it up is $390 plus GST, then $19 a month to keep the connector running and the weekly check happening. How many products you run and how rich each page should be gets scoped with you first, so you see the whole number before anything starts. One thing to check on your side: this needs Rezdy's API access, which sits on their Expansion plan.
