module · built to orderSell from your own site, on your own terms
A product catalogue, a cart, and Stripe checkout, with every order landing in your dashboard and a receipt on its way. It runs inside your site, on your own data, at a flat price. No per-seat fees, and no commission taken on what you sell.
$390 +GST to set up·build scoped with you, on any plan. No commission on your sales.
A real store, not a rented one
Catalogue, cart, checkout
Your products with prices and stock, a cart that behaves, and Stripe checkout your customers already trust. Orders arrive in your dashboard beside your enquiries, and receipts go out automatically.
Stock it is aware of
The store knows what is in stock, so it does not sell what you cannot ship. Where your stock lives in another system, we sync it rather than asking you to key it twice.
Licensed goods, handled properly
For wine and other licensed goods, the responsible-selling rails are treated as configuration rather than paid add-ons: age confirmation, your licence displayed, delivery and postcode rules, case-count freight, and member pricing where you run a club. They are part of the scope from the first conversation, not an upsell at the end of it.
Connected, not replaced
Your accounting and stock systems keep doing their job. The intent is always to connect an online order into the tools you already trust rather than force you off them, and each connector is written against the actual system you run and quoted with the build.
Orders come to you, changes go through your Manager
An order lands in your dashboard, and where we have scoped a connector to your accounting, it lands there too. You fulfil it the way you always have. The moving parts you would normally dread, prices, products, a sale, a new line, are a note to your Manager: "put the 2021 shiraz up to $45", "add the mixed dozen", "run 15% off cellar-door pickups this month".
Each change comes back as a preview before it is live, so a price never goes out wrong without you seeing it first, and any publish can be rolled back.
Your products, orders and customers live in your site's own database. It is yours to export any day.
Add the new rose, $32, six-bottle minimum for delivery, and put it in the members' 15% off.
Here it is on a preview: the rose is listed at $32, delivery needs six or more, and members see $27.20. Approve and it is live in minutes.
The store, in plain scope
This is the shape of the conversation, not a switch we flick. Each line below is scoped, priced and agreed with you before a build starts, because a plain catalogue and a licensed-wine store with club pricing are very different amounts of work.
- ✓Your product catalogue with prices, images and stock
- ✓A cart, and Stripe checkout your customers already trust
- ✓Member pricing applied automatically at checkout
- ✓Orders in your dashboard, with email receipts sent
- ✓Stock awareness, so you do not sell what you cannot ship
- ✓Licensed-goods rails as configuration: age confirmation, your licence displayed, delivery-area rules, case-count freight
- ✓A connector to the stock or accounting system you already run, written against that system
And what it is not
Knowing the edges up front is the point. Here is what this module deliberately does not do.
Not a counter till
A tap-to-pay POS is a different build with its own hardware. We quote a card-present terminal when a cellar door or shopfront genuinely needs one, rather than bundling a till you would never switch on.
Not a replacement for your systems
We connect to your stock and accounting, we do not replace them. Your numbers stay where your bookkeeper trusts them. Ripping out a working system of record is not on the table, and that is deliberate.
Not a marketplace feed
Listing the same catalogue onto eBay, Amazon or a marketplace is its own integration. Your store sells from your own site first; we scope channels separately if you decide you want them.
Not a marketing mailing list
Order emails are transactional: confirmations, receipts, shipping notices. Bulk marketing campaigns belong on a proper marketing platform, and we will say so rather than quietly turn your receipts into a newsletter.
Where this actually is today
No business is selling through this yet. What exists is an early build on a sandbox site of our own: catalogue, cart and a Stripe checkout running in test mode, which means no real card has ever gone through it. We have shipped online stores before, so the ground under this is real work rather than a slide, but the module itself is at the beginning and we would rather you hear that from the page than find out later.
Setup is $390 plus GST and the build around it is scoped with you, because a plain catalogue and a licensed-wine store with club pricing are very different amounts of work. If a store is the reason you are reading this, the first business could be you, and being first should get you a straighter conversation, not a rosier one.
Tell us what you sell
Bring us your product list and how you ship, and we will scope a store that fits it, connectors and all, with the number up front.
