Set up the membership levels you actually sell, with recurring billing handled by Stripe. Members sign up on your site, and the charging, renewals and card updates run on rails you and they already trust.
Member pricing, automatically
Members see their price across your store the moment they are signed in, and the club discount applies at checkout without a code to remember. It works hand in glove with the online store module.
Shipments and renewals that fire on time
Scheduled club shipments, renewal notices and welcome messages go out tied to real events, not a spreadsheet reminder you have to keep. A membership area lets each member see their orders and manage their details.
Churn you can see coming
A plain view of who joined, who is active, and who is lapsing, so you can act on a wobbling membership while it is still yours to keep, rather than finding out at the end of the quarter.
The club runs itself; you steer it
Day to day the billing, the member pricing and the renewals just happen. When you want to change the club, you ask your Manager: "add a premium tier at a higher price with two extra bottles a quarter", "send this month's members a note about the new release", "pause Jane's membership, she asked". It comes back as a preview before anything changes.
Members get real accounts: they sign in for their order history, reorders and their member price. Your team sees the whole picture, and financial detail stays scoped to the people who should see it.

Knowing the edges up front is the point. Here is what this module deliberately does not do, and the honest reason for each.
Not a choose-your-own pack builder
Letting members hand-pick the bottles in each shipment is a premium pattern we build when a club actually wants it. Fixed and seasonal tiers ship first; the pack builder is a named roadmap option, not something we quietly promise and never deliver.
Not a points or referral engine
Spend-based member benefits are configuration we can set; a full points economy is its own product. A loyalty and referral platform has its own rules and moving parts, and we would rather quote it honestly than pretend it falls out for free.
No blanket card-on-file promise
Whether saved cards move across depends on whose payment account your old platform used. On your own Stripe account, subscriptions re-point cleanly; on the platform's, members re-confirm a card at their first renewal. We tell you which before you sign, never after.
Designed, and built for the first club that signs
No club is running on this yet. Membership sits inside the same early store build: it exists on a sandbox site of ours, on Stripe in test mode, and no member has ever been billed through it. We would rather tell you that plainly than let the page imply it is already switched on for everyone.
Setup is $390 plus GST, the build is scoped with you, usually alongside the online store, and moving an existing club across is part of that scope: where your current platform lets us read your members and orders, we mirror them and run the new club warm alongside the old one, so switching is a decision you make when you are ready.
