Tiers on your own Stripe

Set up the membership levels you actually sell. Members join on your site and pay for their tier on your own Stripe, or a free tier waits for your approval. Each renewal is a fresh payment from the member's own page.

Renewals that remind on time

One email before a membership runs out, with a link to the member's page and its Renew button. Past the date a member moves to grace, then to lapsed, and the members-only pages close to them.

A door only members open

Members sign in with a link emailed to them. The pages you mark as members-only stay closed to everyone else, and a visitor who finds them locked can ask you for access.

Churn you can see coming

Your Members page shows each person's tier and standing, paid to a date, in grace or lapsed, and when they joined, so you can act on a wobbling membership while it is still yours to keep, rather than finding out at the end of the quarter.

how it runs day to day

The club runs itself; you steer it

Day to day the reminders and the renewals run themselves. When you want to change the list, you ask your Manager: "add jane@example.com to the members", "approve the two people waiting", "who has lapsed this month?". A change to the list takes effect straight away.

Members sign in with a link emailed to them and get a page of their own: their tier, the payments they have made, and a Renew button. Your team sees the whole picture, and financial detail stays scoped to the people who should see it.

The list of members who can sign in is kept in Jezweb's shared platform database, so the sign-in gate can check it on every visit. Ask and we send you a full export.

what we leave out, and why

And what it is not

Knowing the edges up front is the point. Here is what this module deliberately does not do, and the honest reason for each.

Not a points or referral engine

A loyalty and referral platform has its own rules and moving parts. It is its own product, and we would rather quote it honestly than pretend it falls out for free.

No saved cards

Each renewal is a fresh card payment on your own Stripe, made from the member's page. Cards are not kept on file to charge automatically, and moving a club across never depends on whose payment account the old platform used.

Built, waiting on its first club

No business uses it yet. The members-only door, the join page, the member page and the renewal reminders are built and pass our tests, and no member has ever been billed through them. Member pricing for a paid club has run only in Stripe's test mode, on a sandbox of ours.

It is part of your build, scoped with you, usually alongside the online store, and moving an existing club across is part of that scope: where your current platform lets us read your members and orders, we mirror them and run the new club warm alongside the old one, so switching is a decision you make when you are ready.
