Quotes accepted in a click, payments by link

Ask your Manager to send a quote or request a payment. Your customer gets a page in your business's name: accept the quote in one click, then pay by card into your own Stripe, or by bank transfer or PayID.

A customer's history on the pipeline board: enquiry received, quote sent for $6,200, they opened our message, quote accepted, moved to won, paid $620 by card
One quote's story on the pipeline board of our test business: sent, opened, accepted, paid.
the quote

Yes in one click, and your board knows

Your Manager emails the quote with a private link. Your customer reads it and accepts with one click.

The acceptance is saved with the exact quote they saw, so there is never a question about what was agreed.

Your pipeline board shows it straight away, and the job moves to won.

Where this actually is today

Built, and walked end to end on our test business, with card payments in Stripe's test mode. Payment links are switched on for one business whose new site has not gone live yet, and no customer has paid through them.

It keeps a record of what was asked and what was paid. Your accounting software stays the books your bookkeeper trusts: nothing connects to Xero or MYOB yet.
